Returns & Guarantees

All food sales are final. Health Nut Products would like to guarantee anything you order. However, because of the diversity in tastes, baked items are difficult to offer a satisfaction guarantee. We prefer to bake with less salt, sugar and fat, which often does not agree with today's population. We attempt to make all our baked products delicious as well as chemical free, but healthy eating can be "an acquired taste". If you absolutely do not like a product and want to return it after one taste, you can return it to us and pay the postage. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, please contact us using the contact form on this site for instructions before shipping returns. We will send you another like item at no charge. Fair enough?

Note: We often offer "tasting" at the Placerville Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from May 10th through October 25th.

All personal care items for people, pets and the home may be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior approval (please contact us either by phone or by using the online contact form to receive authorization for the return), if the item is unopened, and returned in clean, resalable, original condition as shipped. Used containers cannot be refunded. To receive full credit, all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Be sure to include your contact information. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
